I wonder if anyone can tell me where to get help with a Filesonic download problem? Filesonic "tech support" seems to be non-existent, since they haven't responded to 4 messages I've sent over the past week.

I have a Premium account. I'm only getting HTML host pages, not the target file. At first it was only with my download manager, not the browser. Now I can't download ANY file -- I only get the HTML page.

I can login successfully to Filesonic, and my account is good for another month.

Any suggestions out there?

I'm having the same problem, seems that the service is getting worse. You are lucky, you only have one month to get out, I have until 8/2011.

Update: I got it to somewhat work by instead of clicking on the link, I add the link to my download manager(yazsoft speed download) and it download it. But sometimes you get the html page, but all you have to do is add it again then it should work. Hope this help.
