It was on Shockingtube or NetPorn which sadly went defunct. So now I can't find it. And so far, I can only read Japanese (hiragana/katakana), but I don't understand the vocabulary or meanings yet.
It begins with a girl placed on a bed by two maids. A male - presumably the father or stepfather walks in. A maid hands him a diaper. He takes off the anal plug plugging the girl's anus and puts the diaper on her. He then presses down on the girl's abdomen which causes her to defecate into the diaper. After some time, one of the maids unfastens the diaper's tabs to open the diaper and reveal the girl's feces. She continues to sob as the clip ends.
