Can someone please advice me
I downloaded 10-12 files from this site and none can be played at all. No video player recognises them nor any converter.
This is Media info for one of those files:
General
Complete name : F:\NEW FILES\HAVD-586.avi
File size : 1.16 GiB
This is Media Info for a file I got from Akiba-online:
General
Complete name : C:\Users\user\Downloads\Compressed\ELO-271.avi
Format : OGG
File size : 1.36 GiB
Duration : 1h 58mn
Overal bit rate : 1650 Kbps

Video
Format : MPEG-4 Visual
Codec ID : XVID
Codec ID/Hint : XviD
Width : 640 pixels
Height : 480 pixels
Display aspect ratio : 4/3
Frame rate : 29.970 fps

Audio
Format : Vorbis
Format settings, Floor : 1
Duration : 1h 58mn
Bit rate : 192 Kbps
Minimum bit rate : 96.0 Kbps
Maximum bit rate : 256 Kbps
Channel(s) : 2 channels
Sampling rate : 48.0 KHz

My question is: are those files got some very rare funny codec which Media Info cannot recognise and my players haven't got or are all those files Fakes without exeption placed here to get people to fund Premium accounts of the faker with download credit?
Please help.
Thank you
P.S. Players I tried to play it with: Real Player, Windows Media Classic, VLC, DVIX, WMP,
Converters I tried to load it to:
FLV Converter
AVS 8

You can't play it because the files are actually fake. At least I assume so since I downloaded one of them which contained nothing and it is very unlikely that MediaInfo can't detect the codecs.

Most blogs these days don't have actual video, but mostly empty files or blacked out videos.

I suggest you take a look at the "Identify fake videos before download" tutorial in my signature. It will help you if you decide to download from a blog again in the future.
