This movie I.D. may not be too difficult. I know the actress... but can't come up with the name. You'd probably recognize her right away; I'm sure she has been around.
Second potential clue is that the uploader of the movie from here:

... Has chosen the title, "A Good Wife." I searched for that term, as there is a possibility it could be part of the "real" title. Aside from odds and ends for "good wife" (example), the best bet is an "ODFR" prefixed series called, "Good Wife Who's Just Too Beautiful, She's a Woman to the Rest of the World" or "This Good Wife Is Way Too Pretty, Outside She's a Bitch." (Yet the set-up of that series is entirely different: interview, and gangbang.) An uncensored movie also came up, called "A Good Wife"... but that certainly isn't it.
(So... the term "Good Wife" could be irrelevant.)
The burly Oddjob plays a sex-mate.
The husband is the Wise Guy.

Ooops! I may have posted my thread prematurely, as I just noticed a clue I hadn't spotted before... the actress has been "questionably" mentioned on the download page as Mai Kuroki (A.K.A. (Mai Hanano and Shiho); I will be looking into her output, in the meantime. (Oh, great. Twenty pages...)
All right... got it. Turned out to be "The Good Wife's Secret Romance" [HBAD-116]. (Funny; this had come up when I searched for "Good Wife" earlier, and I missed it.)
