    i'm a premium member, but why my Traffic Available not refresh everyday?
    now i cannot download anything

    eh, 50GB not daily but 5 days? o_O:confused:
    will it automatically refresh or not?

    Yes, premium users have 50 GB per any 5 consecutive days. Statistic updates every 24 hours, automatically. You can always contact our support team and we will happy to help you!

    I got a 5 day premium membership 3 days ago and just got the message of "You have reached your download limit: 50000Mb" I would have appreciated if that information was included on the table with the premium membership instead of just letting me know after buying it (and still lacking information since I dont remember seeing anywhere that is ever 5 days) believing it would be unlimited.....I would have planned my membership in a different way then :(

    Information about limit is placed on our ToS page and everyone can find it at any moment. Almost all of users are OK with this limit. Besides, if you reach your limit we can help you, just contact our support!

    I emailed support about the download limit, since I hadnt really been able to download much in several days. They emailed me back, that my acct had been reset. That was on the 5th. Its the 10th and I still cant download.

    I already emailed them back several days ago that the "reset" had done nothing. But no response.

    Whats going on?

    Please, note that the download allowance is 50 GB per any 5 consecutive days. Statistic updates every 24 hours, automatically. If you download uniformly, you will always have available traffic. Also, please check your PM.

    Its been over 8 days and I have only been able to download 6gigs! I have already emailed support last week and was informed by support that my acct would WAS reset so I could download again. It wasnt. So I have emailed 2 more times to support and no response. Why am I still waiting? You guys had no problem charging me ON TIME. So whats the problem???

    Hello MaxFJ,

    Is your traffic limit correct?

    I have a premium account, user 8181998025, and could only download 43 GB of the 50 GB available.
    Before to download I checked my traffic available and it was 50 GB (50000 MB) so I never overreached the limit allowance.
    Now, my account page shows that I only have 85 MB available.

    Can you answer whether or not this scenario is accurate.

    Say I find 5 files, each at 10GB each (say, 4K movies someone was nice enough to share). I click to start the download for each file but then decide, no, I can get these later at 1080p, I don’t need them in 4K. At that point right there, after I’ve started and stopped each one, maybe downloading only 10MB of each file for a total of 50MB TOTAL ACTUAL DOWNLOAD…to FileJoker, that constitutes that I have used 50GB of bandwidth simply because I even initiated the downloads, 5@10GB each.

    Is that how FileJoker counts the download limits?

    @Casshern2 Actually, it works this way because of software technical features. But it's not a problem, because most of customers choose links carefully and use available traffic at reasonable way. And we recommend this way to all of our users.

    With all due respect there is nothing reasonable about the appetite for the content being provided here on FileJoker. And it is a problem for most reading through this thread. Technical Features are different than Technical Difficulties. This seems more like a throttle than a feature. Hosts shouldn't be in the business of imposing moderation and/or responsibility on its clients to choose anything carefully.

    Also, a Feature is traditionally a selling point, something that should be front and center and advertised proudly as opposed to something users are disappointed about when they find out through experience after paying for a service.
