Why does it seem like censored JAV actresses are prettier than uncensored ones?

Also, the uncensored JAV torrents here are in Japanese titles... how to find translated-English titles?

Your source for this? They are mostly different actresses. I have yet to see a JAV title that has both censored and uncensored versions. Could you cite some DVD codes for reference? Not just 1 or 2. You're going to need quite a few titles to justify this claim.

Even actresses that are known to have done both genres don't exactly have such videos. At least I haven't seen any for Hatano Yui and Uehara Ai.

When I meant 'shot by the same people, but with very different go-to camera angles', I was referring to how the same crew may end up shooting with the same actress multiple times for different studios. An uncensored shoot calls for different camera angles since there's no worries about adding mosaic later.

But which videos in particular?

Fact is the vast majority of censored JAV stars flat out refuse to ever do uncensored videos. There are a few but they are more of an exception than the norm, eg. Uehara Ai. Hatano Yui is doing both now but she did start off as an uncensored star.

Which is why I am wondering which particular actress and which particular videos and actress you would be referring to as having been shot under the conditions you described. I just can't think of any.

Even Uehara Ai's uncensored videos seem to be unique and don't really tie into any of her censored videos taking different angles into account.

Most big names have done uncensored. Once upon a time, it was a question of IF they would ever do one, but nowadays it's WHEN. A top rank AV star can make in upwards of $20,000USD to lift her "uncensored ban".

As for particular videos, if you're asking me for examples of the same movie being released abroad uncensored and also released in Japan censored (but otherwise unchanged), I can think up a few. I believe the RED CAT studio releases uncensored movies domestically with mosaic. They just published a Hitomi Kitagawa movie that was originally censored. Then you got big studios like Momotarou and Plum who import western porn and add mosaic so they can sell in video stores though I don't think you're referring to that.

if you comparing the same actress maybe its like Inertia said, because the camera angle. but if you mean different actresses, its because censsored JAV are legal, have much much more products than the uncenssored, so they can attract much more top grade and s grade actress to work with them

I know 2 prestige movies that use the same actresses and some actors, the same location, but I'm not sure if it been shoot in the same day with the same crew for the uncenssored. but if I remember correctly the uncenssored used the same scene with the censsored, but from different camera
