Something like that already happened. Just under 2 years ago the company that owns Brazzers and a billion other sites including PornHub and YouPorn reached a licensing deal with DMM. That deal brought about the Erito.com network which as you can see is still censored. You won't see Japanese studios selling uncensored almost ever. There's a trust issue with AV stars. Without seriously losing face, they'd have to go back and get permission from all the AV stars in the titles which ain't easy. Then there's the fact that it's way more profitable to sell per title rather than subscription sites so as long as many in Japan still don't mind shelling out 3000-6000+yen per title, outsiders will need to subscribe to their model of business and not the other way around.
