just wanna ask can a torrent file download finish just by getting from PEERS alone... or it still need SEEDS then can completely download it??

basically, seeds are who have the complete file(s) and are sharing it back, while peers are people still downloading;

so no, you can't finish your download if there are only peers

excluding some rare cases, when every part of file is present among peers at least once.
so, if the "Availability" is 1 or bigger, there's a chance.
