Actually, no problems being here, just that I noticed a lot of the major updated threads are in the JAV downloads or JAV torrents section, which probably gets a lot more traffic there. Since the chikan thread will probably be a mix of downloads and torrents, this would be a good place as any...

Not sure if it works with your Winrar, but you can try double-clicking the archive to enter the Winrar interface. When the interface opens, click the "extract to" icon above and a new window appears with options. Click "keep broken files" and you might be able to get a final video file...
