Immersive 3D Content and Enthusiasts (oh boy...)

Here is RVR-001. It has some very slight glitches here and there, not a lot, but, if you like her, she's worth it! I tell you, though, I can't get passed the wig, I'm so not used to seeing her like this.

Pretty sure 4K means 3840x1920 resolution, so SBS. If you wanted that quality but TB you would need the height to be 3840 so 3840x3840 with black edges. Only JAV VR studios are stupid enough to still use top bottom videos for 180 degree VR. :rolleyes:

This doesn't make sense though, weren't they digitally authored from the beginning? Did they use film cameras or something? :D

Reading the description it says it "uses the latest digital remastering techniques to increase quality" (also states that it's 60 fps) but how can you increase quality/bitrate? I'm guessing they used some sharpening filter or something and ran it through SVP to interpolate from 30 fps to 60 fps, wow, really impressed by those remastering techniques... o_O (guessing of course) I mean, you can't take 30 fps footage and just magically make it 60 fps without some kind of interpolation (aka letting the computer guess how things look)

And then charging more for the "HQ" version seems scummy. Why have two versions at all?

"Digital Remastering" doesn't sound too promising to me but I saw at DMM that they have started with HQ VR videos that have 60 fps and higher quality. Didn't watch anything yet but something to look out for. :cool:

That was a crazy vid, was hilarious when the condom began to get full and then explode XD. I just imagined myself as some kinda sex god with a unlimited amount of semen lol. I like seeing creative stuff like this in VR, I'm definitely going to keep my eye on vids from this studio.

I just found some good JAV VR at Knights Visual - a company that used to make the best JAV POV movies of all! I had totally forgotten about them and just checked their site for fun and I found these:

I downloaded all the samples and after watching them I've decided to buy them all (except the first two). Quality is surprisingly good compared to all other JAV.

After a second look, the quality is not that impressive. A few of them are pretty good, some are not. Also, the filming techinque is definitely not good enough. Way too much hands on breasts, bad angles. I wish they could look at some of the western videos and adapt. The scenes could be amazing - they have really cute girls (only three, but they're gorgeous)

I am TRYING so hard to get this up for everyone! But, FJ is being the normal sub-par host and I can't get good upload speeds, and when I do it is for a fleeting moment then they just STOP. I've tried the FJ site itself, I've tried Filezilla, I've tried Curl. All of them just stop after a while, leaving like 64MB of a 500MB file. So, I can't post this until I can get the FJ links up. I'm giving up for the night.

BTW, Subyshare was happy to take all of the 500MB parts for this title with no problems and fast at that. I was hoping I could at least post those in The Library and let you know they're there if you wanted them quickly, but, of course, they don't have this title listed yet. GRRRRRRR!!!!
