Is there some new law or government organization that now oversees JAV? This would be a great loss for the industry. I don't live there of course but I highly doubt anyone will copy the actions of the couples in the Low Hurdle to Sex series or any series that features public sex as a theme. Can you link to any articles about this new enforcement initiative? I tried to find something about it but I don't know which search terms to input. Filming in a public space for commercial purpose probably requires a permit, and if that includes filming people, their permission is probably needed too. Even before sex, there are already some legal questions, if they film in public for real.

The Natural High and SOD videos seem to be using real buses and trains but they certainly have the proper permits and they're not stopping the buses or trains in the stations. As for the public, during the times they DO shoot on a platform or on the street, they always blur the faces of the non-actors standing around. I HATE watching chikan-themed videos where they're obviously shooting in a fake train car or in a bus that's on a backlot! Maybe this will go away soon once the politicians get the attention they're looking for.
