Well, its a blatant invasion of the persons privacy, she/he (hopefully) never intended the world to see it then the recipient who leaked it is the lowest form of life.

Lets say you had a daughter, she had a relationship that ended in her sextape being leaked, imagine the stress it would cause. How would you feel?

I know i would do untold damage to that person if i ever caught them, and that would be my SOLE purpose in life after that.

Just google "Amanda Todd" for a classic case.

those AV actresses have family too, and you must know that not all family are agree and accept that their daughter working as performer in AV industry, you can give argument that leaked sex tape never supposed to be view by public, but have you ever think about those AV performer's family feeling ?

Yes these JAV actresses have families too, the big difference with these girls (and the point i was making originally) was JAV actresses in most case have made that conscious decision to present themselves in that fashion and should have considered the effect on their families.

The problem with leaked videos is this, somebody else made that decision for them. They have not normally played any part in releasing the footage and it has normally been done by a begrudged partner. Yes they may have consented to shooting the video in the first place with somebody they trusted and considered close, but to have their sextape leaked on the net to the world was likely not part of the deal.

It is this i find highly immoral and wrong.

don't be naive you should know not all those leaked sex videos goes viral by somebody else or begrudged partner / ex boyfriend

I am not being naive, not not all sex videos are leaked or have been by partners etc.. some will have been stolen or maybe even released by the girl themselves. In this last case it would cease to be "leaked" which by its very definition is a piece of media released without the participants volition. Anything else is not "leaked".

I say it again, it is not my place to think of the actresses family in this instance, it was her choice and her place to think of. Yes they may be offended but thats between them and their daughter. Do i think its fair for their family? No, but but its also none of my business. The actress (i assume) is a consenting adult who volunteered to be a porn actress, it is her responsibility not mine to worry about her parents. Same goes for drug addicts, criminals, prostitutes or anything else that could be considered "shamefull".

"none of your business" and its between the parent and their daughter is for the leaked sex videos case too, coz I dont mean for under age leaked sex videos, hope you don't misunderstand this, coz thread starter has posted 18 years old
