Oh. Besides Yua Aida I'm also curious to see how's Kaera Uehara, Ryoko Mitake, and a few more doing right now. Some av actresses just fade away after retirement and just might update their blog or twitter for a little while after that.i guess we have to respect their privacy. Sometimes, an av girls return without notice at all with different name and look.

Lifetime? I guess that's a way to pay tribute to one the best. I have to say yukiko suo is quite a good actress(acting wise) in tv, pink movies, and av. Despite not being the best looking Av star, She can act very manly, cute, and vulnerable in a very believable fashion. Anyone know why ryo kanami left? She looks kinda mix with similar facial feature as early tina yuzuki and yuria haga. Very short career and she didnt appear in anything else besides av. No way is this true. You don't go work in a store on a crap wage after getting the easy, good money, of working in porn.
Maybe she was cast out. Some av stars retire because studios drop them in order to promote new debuts. The same thing with graduated gravure idols. Marica Hase went to America because of that. Unless you're young or one of the top sellers like akiho, it's hard to compete with ex-idols like shoko and yua mikami. A lot of av stars manage to find mainstream opportunities like sora aoi instead of fading away after retirement. Some might become stripper/prostit or someone's mistress to continue enjoy a luxurious lifestyle. I thought there was news about Yua Aida too, but there's also a part of me that don't want to know because it might ruin our image of her if she aged horribly. I remember Kaera Uehara used to strip in clubs in Macau or Taiwan too. Yui Hatano and Anri Okita been getting a lot of offers from Asian countries outside of Japan. A few wrote a memoir like risa coda, mihiro, and few others that talks about transitions and drug abuses.
