what does thumbs.db:encryptable mean?

Hi,
I was doing a scan here and there as i do every now and then in my folders and one of my files in my folders was called thumbs.db:encryptable i have never seen this before this is in a folder for something i only downloaded a day or two ago im used to seeing the thumbs.db on on my avi folders when i scanned them before and from what i understand are created regardless with avi files but this is the first time ive ever seen a file say that

basically i just want to know what does this mean is this in anyway dangerous and does it cause any long term problems?

sorry if im sounding overly paranoid its just im always scarred when someting im not used to happens
