What does this words mean?

They are not words, nor they mean anything.
Just codes used by JAV companies that help make their movies easily identifiable. They are followed by a series of numbers, with the whole sequence correponding to a single title.
 
It's interesting to note how sometimes those 3-4 letters code correponds to a shortcut to the studio's branch name :)

ex : "IBW-235" IBW referring to the studio IB Works
"HUNT-467" directly referring to the studio Hunter-AV
"IENE-089" to I-Energy studio
