I saw this signed photo (Tomoe Yamanaka) on ebay recently, and was just really curious what was written at the bottom. I don't read or understand any Japanese. It looks like katakana to me, but also numbers perhaps? It looks like either:

セクミ一 ミヨシト (sekumi (1) miyoshito)

But... that doesn't appear to mean anything. The ミ symbols are maybe just "3", so that would be "31" and then "3" something, so maybe a date? Basically I have no idea, so any help would be appreciated. I could post on a general Japanese forum or reddit, but since it's an idol photo I don't really want to!

Edit: I thought they might just be names, but didn't recognise them and didn't get any google results for them either, but I just tried again and found a few results so maybe it's just someone's name?
