It happened when I was posting on the same thread (this one) some days ago.
...I suspect that, it was because I did 4 posts in a short period of time between posts.
Perhaps I need to wait a little more.

that´s just a system cough, it means that the system SEEMS to notice that you wrote an identical post within seconds / minutes, so nothing serious, happens normally in high traffic situations.
