OK - JULIA is a slim actress - doesn't matter so much...
But if you see Yumi Kazama or Shiho Terashima on cover - modified to a slim beauty - this is more confusing...

You could imagine - if Japanese customer (new to porn) gets into porn shop and makes a purchasing decision
watching this (AI remastered) cover image - could be > some could later demand his money back!!!

You're right, it's weird and unnecessary. The modified cover art looks like an alien or cartoon.

I see a lot of covers where they enlarge the breasts. That's why I prefer to check out actual screenshots as they will show what the woman really looks like.

That's been going on for years Here is a Yuri Honma title from 2022. Now, she does have a great natural set, but any fan would have known right away this was false. Anyone who didn't know her body may have been fooled, initially at least.
