well such general request are hard to answer. First series with those elements that comes to my mind is Maison Ikkoku (great series btw).
Personally, I look for new series by browsing through AniDB. For example choose one or two categories and sort these series by rating,look at the picture, read the description and perhaps some reviews.
Now that I think about it, the other Rumiko Takahashi series like Ranma 1/2 and Urusai Yatsura fit your description even better.

ah ok, I thought you meant either one of these elements. But it's still not easy, arranged mariage appears in quite a few series but mostly it's just a side element and you(I) dont really recall it afterwards. Well if you didnt see the series I mentioned before, you'll be busy for some time with them, especially the last two fit exactly your description.
