Wozniak is right on.

This has been a Hollywood Gestapo operation from the beginning. They're being paid off by the Democrats cause it's an election year, pure and simple.

Megaupload was virtually ignored by the "U.S. authorities" until Holy-Wood threatened to cut off donations to Barry's campaign if they [he] did not "act".

It seems wild, but I think Dotcom is going to come out of this smelling like roses by this time next year.

Not to mention filthy rich...

Not sure if it is democrats or republicans, but it definitely a political/hollywood scandal (remember most impotent CA politicians are republican ala: Arnold & Raygun). But, true it is commercial and political, and I think militaristic.

From other articles I read, Kim was about to open a new project which would have supported new musicians by letting them earn 90% of the profits of each song downloaded by the public FOR FREE. No hollywood production companies stealing
all the profits from musicians. He is still planning that. Plus, he has almost as many supporters in his country now as the local reigning politician does. So, if he decided to run for office there, he would likely have a great chance of winning! PLUS: any business he decides to develop there will only create great wealth for that country. Win, win and win!

I am not too sure how they have a case. From what I have read all the warrants issued were illegal under New Zealand law,I do not know where that leaves their case being as the guy is in New Zealand.

Right, but the servers Mega used are in Virginia.

And I'm sure the bulk of his cash is outside of NZ.

Needless to say, the SOCAL mafia goon squad has a lot of leverage here.
