These "full cloths on" vids tend to bore me. The exciting part would be having a bra-less Rion roaming in public places, doing "normal" things. Once we get to the sex, there's no reason to keep those marvels of nature under wraps. But usually these vids do them the wrong way, very minimal public scenes and mostly it's all-sex which isn't great to start with but now with all cloths it's even more boring.

Anyway, it's filmmaking, they don't need to shoot in a real public place. Smart filming and editing can make it convincing, anyway AV fans aren't too picky about "real" public sexy/nudity/sex.

I am not a big fan of chikan (do you mean train/bus moleseter?). But shota, sure... not my fav, but hey with Rion in it I'm game. I think more than half of the shota movies are forgettable. It takes some skills by director and actress to make it work. Rion's acting skills is improving (both talking and fucking skills) so if she makes a good shota vid it would be another landmark for her.
I hope she can alternate between W (slutty) and M (passive).

its new to me that ranking/sales means exactly = "good content" or "good performance"..mana sakura is also popular and i recall once deleting the video because of underwhelming content...(besides: i dont know what "outstanding performance" yua mikami has? she is rather on the passive side...and i think her looks just "click" with some people..)snis939 which personally i "loved" so much..has to my surprise a rather "solid" rating on dmm..well to me its a mystery..but some people (clowns??...) seem to be "impressed" by that underwhelming stuff..
Yep, ranking and sales don't mean good movies or good performance. users' reviews are probably better to have a gist of it. Yua sells well because of her former fanbase as an AKB, but not just for that otherwise, her next movies wouldn't sell well if she wasn't good enough. I like her, she has a sexy body, nice butt/boobs, a pretty face, charming personnality on camera.
I like watching cute girls in JAV and if they are good at it, I'm satisfied. I would call it mainstream JAV. I always pick JAV girls like that : face > body > skills. If many do the same, it explains why girls like Yua are the most popular I suppose. Of course there are beautiful and less known JAV actresses (Isumi Nonoka, Tanihara Nozomi, Hashimoto Arina, just to name a few). I follow some too but you need to do an "extra" searching work to find them. Average customers probably don't do it.

Half year cumulative sales is a fair objective measure, I am sure both studio and agency is taking a serious look at it. Is 33 high enough to keep her S1 contract? I slightly doubt it. If S1 drops her, what's she going to do? I suspect she's unwilling to give the kind of performance that will improve her profitability, so it's unlikely she will find a new studio and transform herself (again).
That leaves only one other path that's available for someone who already retired and unretired once and dumped again due to poor sales: go to uncensored vids like Caribbean and Tokyo Hot. I would be extrmely happy if that happens, for as long as it lasts... because (sadly) the typical path is that she makes 2 uncensored vids and then disappear quietly.
There's even a worse case scenario, if uncensored studios are under oppression by government, perhaps they lack the big money to pay the astronomical fee for a top class (at least top tits) idol's uncensored debut. Then Rion might just say forget it and retire quietly.
Right now, it's not even a safe bet she will still be active by the end of 2017.

yeah Yua's definitely not just coasting off her prior "fame", there are a couple other AKB girls who have done porn and not gained nearly as much traction.
