Some movies feature a more or less shy and naive woman on one side and other side some kind of respectable person (e.g. a doctor) on the other side. And because of this combination that guy (or guys) can do everything with that woman. She sometimes protests a little bit. But all in all she will follow his orders - because "he knows what he does. He is a respectable person." (or something like that).
It is not the average woman-doctor where the guy fondles the woman behind a curtain or something like. Here nothing is hidden and also no drugs are used to make her sleep.

Hi, Codegeek; I noticed this thread from your signature, and am also noticing it has been dormant for many months... so let me take a crack at the topic.

Once I remember you had a topic and I threw in an example of Russian porn. Boy, did you love it.
