restriction for uncensored torrent?

I meant uncensored releases are allowed as a whole, unlike it was before the server change.
Uncensored JAV is allowed, uncensored (licensed) hentai anime is not. A few uncensored h-anime titles are coming from other countries, mostly Germany, and they are allowed.
There is a difference between the two, most of the uncensored JAV is released by offshore japanese companies trying to circumvent the censorship laws and reverse import the stuff, while hentai anime is material licensed by completely legit US companies. That's why we treat them differently I think.
For Third World Media I'm not sure why it is still forbidden, they may have send us directly a letter some time ago.
