Those of you who have used this site- had any problems with your credit card being hacked? I used to be a customer several years ago, but had my card compromised during the period I used their services. Not saying it was them, but I would like to hear any other users experiences with them. I'm hoping it was only a coincidence, as they have an amazing selection. Thanks.

Our credit card information is storage in a PCIDSS compliance environment. So we are very confident that your credit card information cannot be stolen from our site.

We are not very sure what do you mean by "had my card compromised" but what we are sure is that your credit card information cannot be stolen from our site to be used somewhere else. Even if someone stole your R18.com account your credit card information is not visible.

What it CAN happen is that for using a weak password or same password as some other sites your R18.com account can be stolen and someone can use your R18.com to keep purchasing items in R18.com
To avoid this we recommend using a strong password and a password not use in some other sites.
We also have security prevention's about brute force attacks or trying too many passwords for a user login so in the case were an account has been stolen is because the attacker knows the password already usually having it from a published list of user/passwords from other site.

We will recommend you to enter here there email you used in R18.com and check if your account has been hacked in some other site before. If your accaunt has been hacked in some other site before and you use the same password in that site than in R18.com there is a highrisk of someone able to stole your account:

R18 is right. Be it porn sites, Amazon, etc., NEVER re-use usernames and passwords. Auto-generate each time and keep those credentials safe.
