I know that there is a mixed up about this name, partly "Disqualified Doctor" and "Doctor Shameless" both were named Shikkaku Ishi. Even in AnimeNewsNetwork, there Doctor Shameless has been renamed to "aka" Chijoku Shinsatsushitsu in the meantime. So you should mean (and want):

Disqualified Doctor - Shikkaku Ishi 丸秘動画

instead of:

Doctor Shameless - Chijoku Shinsatsushitsui 恥辱診察室

The description for the torrent I linked to is the description taken from (http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=1988). However the actual filename itself is ass-h's Doctor Shameless (not what you wanted).
Anyways, sorry for the wrong torrent though as there appears to be confusion between the two video's.
