I've searched for this girl dozens of times as the solo Tamura Yuuho from Girlsdelta, but have never been able to find her anywhere else. Today I stumble across POST-243, and she's the first actress in it going full hardcore!? I've looked all over but nobody has any actresses listed for the title.
