Oops actually I wrote a (too) long post singing praises for -017... But lost it... anyway the summary is:

As a second spin-off, The actual events are the same, but now we get the camera that was specially assigned to Kiritani and Kogawa. If you are nicpicky, you'd notice that they were already counted in the 16 girls who made -017. Whereas -019's three girls were in addition to the 16. So on paper -019 might be a all-new vid, but -022 might be re-editing of -017. Clear as mud?

Indeed, if you have seen -017 and -019, a lot of this vid will look very familiar. I think (almost) every scene in 022 had been already see in a highly edited version in -017 (and maybe -019), but now you get to enjoy the full, uncondensed version. Thinking back (sorry I didn't re-view 017 and 019 for this review) the editing in 017 was a bit heavy-handed. There were a lot of things happening at the same time, especially we care about the parallel fucking sessions. 017 cuts between different sessions so it was a bit chaotic and not quite satisfactory.

The vid really does track the two girls quite closely, so there's a lot of non-sex footage also. Some minutes we are just watching the girls waiting for their turns in the Fan Fest. One little thing is Kiritani is a bit uncomfortable with the camera in her face all the time, and the cameraman seems to deliberately embarrass her so she's laughing awkwardly, covering her face with her hands or ducking the camera. Rather cute, to be camera shy while fully clothed and doing mundane things, but not shy about showing her sperm-filled mouth and riding cowgirls.

So is 022 worth it... it's a bit borderline, If you compare the full length ver vs. cut ver of the same scenes between 022 and 017, definitely 022's are much much better and fappilious. But it's 3 months after you seen 017, it feels you are getting less banging for you buck (haha).

What 022 does is really let me get to know Kiritani and Kogawa. As I said before, very personally speaking, SOD lacks star power, after Yoshikawa left (that's a long time ago), I haven't notice anyone from SOD worth my monthly attention. Both are decent pretty on covers but I never really checked them out. Kiritani's face is somewhat below average by JAV standard, but she is tall and has excellent figure. As if she's self aware of her assets and deficits she's a little shy with camera and people but much more comfortable busting out her tits and fucking and sucking. Kogawa is more a classic Japanese beauty, not very tall, slim figure with an elegant face and demeanor. Perhaps I should pay more attention to them, perhaps they would compliment my focus on super-hot but snotty idol.

Not knowing Japanese means I still don't know if all of it was planned out (seems it was) and disclosed from the beginning. Perhaps Japanese fans already understand 017 was a sampling, and then 019, 022 will break out some focus groups and give a better fapping experience. So... I wouldn't be surprised if more spin off are coming. It wouldn't be a bad thing. Even more wild speculation. SOD could plan a grand scheme so well, get so many idols together for a 2 days shot and make enough footage that at least 6 full length vids could be made so that a new spin off could be released every couple months for the next 12 months, when it's used up, it's exactly a year later, and time for a new grand fest event, changing out some of the idols with new recruits.

for big orgy that claimed took several days to shoot its nice to have spin off vids, because a single 1-2 hours vid can't cover all the actions, Moodyz made the spin off, while SOD made it in slightly different version
