I searched her every where. . .
I have few clues:
1. film is around 2000 (not sure though. . )
2. film include Office Lady(OL) type of scene, lotion, betrayal, etc.,
3. notable features: perky breast, great moan, outward upper teeth
4. other site suggested 早川瀬里奈 Serina Hayakawa, could be Attackers series, but can't find the video; but they have some resemblance though.
5. A Japanese friend heard the guy called the girl Nanami so googled it and found this:

Her name seems to be 葦沢鳴海(あしざわ なるみ) Narumi Ashisawa but can't find the video with those scenes so it might be the wrong person.
6. Another site suggested could be this girl, below is one of her work: BBED-42 ビージーン 9 綾見志穂 Ayami Shiho, but can find these scenes...
