I need consideration of this case.

Has doing, I think, terrible thing more likely a fraud.

As scan collector, I really into originality.
What he doing is share others sharing but bluffing its size through, I won't say it retouching, resizing it with larger file size.

I know I can't exactly prove it, but you can look file modifying date which still same.
Actually for the second case, the file that I share isn't original because I, now this I will say it, retouched it through brightness because the original one is too dark.
And if you look my file, folder name contain RaRe which mean Rasczak's Retouch so, basically, it can prove the file sourced by me because if he denied it, the file that he has should be much darker.
I think not only both cases above that he did it, but I can't confirm it.

Conclusion, please consider to prohibited this case and ban this member because I think he doing this for maximize his filehost points.

The problems with pictures compared to videos, is that it's quite easy to edit and make it "new".

It is a possibility to state that if an original set of photos is proven to have sufficient quality, no reposts of different sizes can be allowed.

Well, if you familiar with image collecting, you will know that there people or group who dedicated to make csv file for verifying originality of image collections, now not only scans, some digital sets also have csv.
RicX also, in his site, provide verifying file today.
Unfortunately, not all collections have csv especially anonymous scannist.

Couldn't agree more about adding rule that you suggested.
Especially if "retoucher" has done, only markups the file size.

A slight update here.

I've made mistake for accused cr0x213 (I'm sorry, cr0x213) because, I think, I found his source.

After further browse the source blog, seems the owner used to "retouched" others work because I realized some pbs that distributed earlier with same quantity but different in dimension and size.

So, the blaming now going to the owner of source blog.
