Navbar links (torrents and downloads)

The navbar links for [torrents] and [downloads] now lead to pages where the latest torrent threads and direct downloads can be viewed easily.

Still not sure what to put in [news] though, so that's just a dead end (i'd remove the link but then i'd forget about it)
