It's the girl from the first scene of RCT-356:

At the beginning, her character is presented as 安西涼子 (Ryouko Anzai).
I hope that's not her actual name (or that she is still amateur) because Google won't return any consistent result:

Hi, on the rocket (rct) website they are credited as '4 daughter amature'.

I am afraid you might not have much luck with a name sorry.

I checked on Sougouwiki and one of the actresses' name is there: 桐谷あや (Aya Kiritani).
So there is a chance this girl is not amateur either.
