JavLuv won't open. Any ideas?

I can't open JavLuv. I tried running it as an administrator but it won't open. Any ideas?

Did you check your Task Manager to make sure there isn't a ghost instance of it hanging or stuck coming up?

That fixed it. Running as a background process. Thanks!
