Woah that's a nasty scar. I'm not familiar with this lady : 藤木紗英 just wild speculation... rather sorry I really should do some research on my own, but I've been way to busy with work and fapping...

Q1, have you seen this scar in multiple videos? Could this "scar" only appeared on this one shooting day?
Q2, there was an amazing Japanese only website that I lost the bookmark for... it's super useful for identifying performers in "fake amateur" vids. For each and every performer the site give a "scientific" identification guide, most usefully with a detailed map of every birthmark (or mole or whatever) on her face and body, front and back. (I mean I don't think I even know half of my own birthmarks) If someone knows this site, please give a link. I'd want to know if she's known to have such a scar.

The point is: the scar is so red, it's hard to believe it's a breast enhancement surgery scar. It looks too fresh for a normal performer situation. Are we sure it's not a temporary mark left by say a bad bra?

I'll try to gather more data about her. But I searched a lot of images to compare and it totally looked like an augmentation mark.
Weird because she only has it in the left breast and it doesnt look like her tits are not natural, but I cant think of any other reason for that scar.

Scarring is not always even. If the scaring is visible past 18 months, it's usually the fault of the surgeon. It may be that the surgeon was not as careful making that incision and did too much damage to the tissue, but did not make that mistake on the other breast. That scar is one of the worst I've seen. It looks like she's just a few months post surgery, but then, if that is the case, you should see it on the other breast. Which suggests that this is a bad permanent scar. OTOH, it's remotely possible, as DingDing says, that this is a temporary artifact of a tight underwire bra that was perhaps not put on correctly. But I doubt it. It's more likely an incision scar.

Tried to run a reverse image search on one of your photos, but unfortunately those search engines won't return any matches for nude photos. Because stupid reasons.
 
I'm watching another video from her and the scar is not that bad... I mean, it's bad since it shows her breast is not natural, but that's all. I've seen worse.

Not nearly as tricky when you just google translate it. I use Chrome which has it built in. I assume other browers also have such extensions.
 
Here are a couple of Fujiki Sae screenshot panels sourced from JAVLibrary that show something interesting.

In this one from BLOR-192 released 2022-04-26, you can clearly see a mark under one breast around 35 minutes in.

But in this work CPSN-005 released 2021-08-25, screenshots from 1:37:39 onward very clearly show no mark under either breast. She could have had work done between the two, but her breasts don't appear to me to have changed in size.

Someone up for some *research* should get CPSN-005 and see if the lack of a mark is just a clever application of makeup.

Her latest work, CPSN-009 (not out yet), shows a fading mark in that spot under one breast.

I was downloading all her videos available at 141jav. And CSPN-005 download is complete. There's no mark at all.

But there's something curious. Right now I can't check dates or something like that. But from that movie in the first 2 long scenes they clearly try to hide that part because they don't fully remove her bra. Next step is comparing her breasts in those scenes...
But that won't happen today.

Some day I'll try to compile screenshots and dates to figure out what's that scar.

Hmm not sure we should be devoting that much time to a mid-low rank performer. Not being disrespectful but she already has two porn names and only 3 credited titles after more than a year and a half in the industry.

BUT I admit I am also very curious about her case. For a performer without any major studio work, is that claim "all natural" really gonna make a difference? And if she made that claim and went to work with such a suspicious and nasty bright scar right along the crease below a boob. No matter it's a bad bra, or a craw mark of a very inexperienced/sorry stud (if ever there's a reason to chop off a JAV stud's finger in a Yakuza ritual... ), or a long term scar of augmentation surgery, or the very early stage of healing only a few days after a surgery? I think she's just rather careless. Or more likely she wasn't thinking about it, or she wasn't even aware of the scar?! (if it's a bad bra mark, she's not likely to notice it unless she has a habit of inspecting her naked body in front of a mirror.

My view is very definitely indefinite. I still find it hard to believe such a horrible long-term surgery scar. But yeah it's possible if she's foolish enough to rush to work only a few days after the surgery and give the whole JAV world a long look at the scar before it have time to heal and fade. Because if it's true that the mark is produced by a bad job of the surgeon it would be shown how undetectable augmentations are actually possible. It's like The Imitation Game film plot, sometimes a mistake of a random person can spill the beans...

BTW, I say it again. I don't know if you've seen those "scar films" in 1080p, but I've watched them and the scar is not horrible at all.
 
The best natural boobs I've seen is Yua Aida. Her body is amazing, Yua is my fav AV of all time.
There are somes natural boobies I've seen as well such as: Hiyori Yoshioka, Hinata Koizumi, Rui Hizuki, Nao Jinguuji.

Regarding Ria Yamate, didn't know who she was but I had forgetten that I downloaded ssis402 some weeks back and hadn't gotten around to watching it. So I watched. Extended sequences of breasts bouncing up and down as she's missionary fucked. I can't see the implants. If she has implants, they are small and very hard to detect. Accordingly, I wouldn't worry about it. They're amazing.
