Its better to start supporting the companies that publish Japanese work to over here so it can be uncensored.

I don't think you're right. There's not enough money to go around in porn as it is. You think western studios are going to pay MORE for JAV idols than their own porn stars who the vast majority of their audience prefers? It makes no business sense. This will go nowhere.

I still think there's a market for white guy - J-girl video, don't underestimate the white audience! Yes there already are Asian girls in US porn, but most of them are not Japanese; besides to exaggerate a bit, they're tattoed-silicone'd-loud mouthed, and conform to the style of cheaper US productions. Japanese idols have a different style, even look differently when you are used to seeing Asians, and the approach in making the videos is sexier as well. Fans appreciate the refinements in JAV.

A western studio in Japan has a chance. I don't see any other way to get some of the top JAV actresses to work in a western producer's film, than doing it in Japan. They generally like to stay between Japanese people, let alone travel abroad for work other than photo/softcore. So a western studio in Japan, with people speaking Japanese and understanding Japanese culture, working with Japanese personnel, is a big asset to that end.

Also, don't forget, this is uncensored. Some idols like Haruka Sanada start that way then move on to bigger, censored productions when they're lucky. But most of the sexiest ones start at Alice, S1 or SOD, and fans dream in vain of seeing them uncensored. What's more, that would be quality uncensored films.

i don't know whether you are still replying to me or someone else, but japanese girls don't enter into the discussion. my original post was speculating about the viability of asian male/white female porn in the emerging chinese (and maybe indian) markets.

I see a lot of valid points. I could still argue that as Westerm producers, they might tone down the whining and replace it with something more natural. Totally don't understand the negative reaction to this idea. I'm 100% for it. And the idea that somehow all western gonzo porn is only tattooed ugly women is just bizarre and simply not true. There's some hot natural looking (not a tattoo in sight) western porn stars easily as pretty as some of the hotter JAV girls.

And there's things about US porn I like. I've had a heel fetish since I was a little kid and the US girls are way more likely to keep their heels on. And being at least nicely trimmed (if not completely shaved) really is nicer looking visually. Though, really, there's a LOT JAV girls this themselves now.
