Unfortunately I even don't know about what video clips you're talking. I know that there are some clips about Korean girls (I guess prostitutes) on e.g. XVideos.com. But they didn't include - as far as I can remember - any Japanese men. And they were also somehow boring.

Nice movie. Also it's not JAV. The one in black looks nice - and has some nice boobs. But Sengoki would surely complain that you also see no penetration in this movie. The cuts are always between the action so you really don't see it. And the whole movie feels more like soft porn to me.

Again drawing on my experience from living there, Korea definitely has a problem with self-image. I think it's been heavily perpetuated by the culture growing in the shadow of America following the Korean war. Kids grow up watching white media / with (especially until more recently) advertisements for beauty products all featuring the same white commercials used in Europe/the States. It's easy to see how it creates issues with self-image / concepts of beauty.

Anyway, the most common surgery is for eyes - there's often a desire to have less "Asian" appearing eyes / girls want "big" eyes. I once met a Korean girl who thought the actress from The Shining was the definition of beauty - purely for the eyes. Which, I think to Americans, certainly seem overly large / unappealing. Explaining this was pretty funny.

I digress - while it's true there are problems with surgery in Korea, it's not fair to say it's everywhere. I met more Korean women who were proud of their Asian appearance and strongly against surgery than those who wanted or had had it.

Apologies for the long winded post haha, just don't think it's fair to dismiss a country as overly-plastic. Depends on the individual, like anywhere. (And as CodeGeek pointed out, we're kidding ourselves if we don't think a fair amount of women in JAV have had work done. See: boob jobs abound.)

I think it's fair to say that Korea is more obsessed than average about plastic surgery, just as Brazil is more obsessed than average. Not sure obsessed is the correct word as it's more complex than one word can describe, but it gets the point across.

It goes without saying that a broad brush is never appropriate or accurate and that it's almost never actually meant by anyone. Even if they do say "Koreans are obsessed", they don't mean "Every Korean is obsessed".

And absolutely, Japanese AV gals are overboard with the plastic surgery recently and it's a turn-off, for me, in most cases. I'm so one-dimensional in my sexuality, you know.
