just a statement: JAV means "Japanese Adult Video", so a Korean video cannot be JAV just by the phrase, you can say "Korean AV", but it never will be JAV, except when a Korean girl / woman would take part in a Japanese adult video production...
Aside from the new stuff Sengoki just posted, there are a few more Korean girls in Japanese videos that I'm aware of.

About HUSR-067: The only nice girl - IMHO - is the one on the cover (which takes also part in UMSO-009). The rest is not worth watching. I'm wondering why they didn't choose some more nice looking ladies. I mean there are so many nice looking ones in Korea.

And on that topic "pictures": I guess I will open a separate thread about that. I don't know why people use PNG - except that they are too lazy for maybe converting them to JPG. There is no benefit in using PNG as long as you don't need a format which is not lossless (like JPG) is. And for JAV movies this is definitely not the case.
If I'm at home it's no problem at all. I have a 200 MBit/s connection (means 25 MB/s). Even if you PNG is 2 MB in size, it would take 0.08 seconds to load it (theoretical, of course). But if you use mobile Internet and you have a very bad connection (sometimes it's even down to 64 kbit/s -> 8 kb / s) it could take more than a minute (in the example it would take 256 seconds -> 4 minutes 16 seconds).

As to CodeGeek's point, he (?) [I am indeed a guy. haha] is spot on. The general theme seems to be in all of the Korean featuring films that one girl is pretty while the others...it's more than fair to call it a mixed bag. (fair warning this is true of nearly all, if not all, the videos I posted about)
I imagine the reason for this might be a difficulty in finding willing participants. Porn is severely taboo in Korea, as you're all probably aware. Spent 2 years living there and it is more than frowned upon, at least publicly. Then again, considering the prominence of prostitution in Korea, you wouldn't think it'd be overly hard...but perhaps they're hesitant to be filmed? Who knows.

In the other movies starring Korean actresses they don't use it. Fortunately.
I don't know what you mean. If you take e.g. HUSR-067 you'll have penetration around time index 00:30:00. Also around 00:33:00.
Okay, these movies are censored like all JAV for the Japanese market. But then you can also say that you never see any penetration in any JAV movie having mosaic.
Edit: Around time index 01:57:00 it's the most obvious that there is penetration.
I have to admit that the camera angles are not the best. Still I'm not sure if there is no penetration. There are also some "normal" JAV movies in which you don't have any close-ups (which would end in one gigantic mosaic anyway).

I guess there are some who do this. And maybe more than anywhere else. But that doesn't mean that every Korean woman has plastic surgery.
Have a look the JAV actresses. There are also some who had plastic surgery.
And in a few cases it went very very wrong.

Again drawing on my experience from living there, Korea definitely has a problem with self-image. I think it's been heavily perpetuated by the culture growing in the shadow of America following the Korean war. Kids grow up watching white media / with (especially until more recently) advertisements for beauty products all featuring the same white commercials used in Europe/the States. It's easy to see how it creates issues with self-image / concepts of beauty.
Anyway, the most common surgery is for eyes - there's often a desire to have less "Asian" appearing eyes / girls want "big" eyes. I once met a Korean girl who thought the actress from The Shining was the definition of beauty - purely for the eyes. Which, I think to Americans, certainly seem overly large / unappealing. Explaining this was pretty funny.
I digress - while it's true there are problems with surgery in Korea, it's not fair to say it's everywhere. I met more Korean women who were proud of their Asian appearance and strongly against surgery than those who wanted or had had it.
Apologies for the long winded post haha, just don't think it's fair to dismiss a country as overly-plastic. Depends on the individual, like anywhere. (And as CodeGeek pointed out, we're kidding ourselves if we don't think a fair amount of women in JAV have had work done. See: boob jobs abound.)
