To hopefully add some discussion (the original intent of this thread) along with the posted material, how many out there are using phone systems, either Google Cardboard, Gear VR, or some other headset? Are you happy with what you are able to experience with it? I am. Have you tried or are curious to try something PC-based like Vive or Rift? I haevn't. I’ve seen the Czech VR titles and they are pretty amazing compared to the JAV VR I’m able to get. But, just me…that doesn’t take away from the JAV experience. I’m staring into the face (and other areas) of these JAV stars that I would normally only be able to “watch” in a title. They are looking and talking to me in my Gear VR and in binaural audio. Can’t beat that!
With regards to content, for those that are enjoying the Gravure titles, do you, like me, find it fun to watch them just do things? I’m not talking about the ones where they eat or seemingly feed the viewer, I mean the ones where they move around, bounce around, get close to the camera, look at themselves in the mirror, CLEAN, whatever! Nice to look at!

GearVR-SamsungS7-Edge works just fine. With hi-res material, not aware of pixels. Not enuff other content to justify PC-based - it'll come eventually, and total cost ought to be a bit lower then as well.
I don't like any western pron, I prefer the JAV approach and effort to create stories (even if they're far-fetched) That goes particulary for Gravure - what's the western counterpart?
I'm using a PSVR on PC via Trinus PSVR, I'll upgrade my PC and my setup sometime next year where I'll either have graduated or be dead, but for now this is about the maximum of what my laptop is capable of with it's current graphics card power.
The quality that western VR releases at, and the lack of a mosiac to break the fourth wall is nice, but similar to non-vr porn I largely prefer the japanese offerings. I think a large part of it is that a lot of the VR porn actresses have really bad english, or really bad acting, and that just breaks my immersion. I think that JVR would be perfect, if they could just figure out how to shoot and edit correctly

All in all it works well but sometimes the JAV stars seems "larger" than usual.. not sure how to fix this.. maybe im just thinking too much.. any ideas?
Nice setup! I have an S8, Gear VR and Skybox. Skybox has a zoom feature you can adjust, it is on that far right settings icon when the vid is playing.

Currently using my Pixel XL with the Google Daydream but I also have the S8 with the first gen Gear VR. I much prefer the Daydream because of the controller but the the con is that you can't really adjust the depth of the screen like the Gear VR can.
I use Skybox on both those headsets and I do feel the Pixel runs a little smoother but its hardly noticeable.
What I'm not too sure about is if I stream on Skybox, do the lower the quality to improve the stream or is the stream the same as the source quality?

My Vive has completely ruined me for all phone-based VR solutions. Comparing it to my S8 is like night and day...the Vive is far, far more immersive.
The only downside to the Vive is that 30 fps VR vids are really noticeably lacking compared to full 60 fps VR and feel much less real, while on the phone 30 fps isn't too terrible. Unfortunately, most of the JAV material I've found has been the phone-centric 30 fps, so I treasure any 60 fps JAV vids I can get my hands on. The 60 fps release of EXVR-068 with the awesomely busty Kaho Shibuya is the gem of my collection (and I'm still on the lookout for Kaho's HIND-09 through HIND-016 VR releases).
Getting a full 3840 x 1920 resolution also makes a big difference on the Vive, but interestingly fps actually seems to matter more.
Wow, I'll second the request for this one, I'd be forever grateful....especially if it's 60 fps.
Shiori is another one of my favorites, and it's difficult to find much JAV material that spans the gap between gravure and full-on hardcore - namely full nudity, but solo.

I start it with phone VR. I have an iphone 6. The experience is not good but surprised me non the less. Then I tried PSVR, Oculus and Vive at friend's place, but just games not porn. Then I bought a Pimax 4K headset and it is amazing.
I think the best thing about VR porn is the feeling of intimacy. I love all the close-ups and kissing. I also love JAV more. Western porn actresses are just random sexy ladies but JAV stars are idols in my heart. And I also think the censored dick helped to increase immersion a lot. the dicks in uncensored videos are clearly not mine, mine is not shape like that! So the censored dick can help me get into the character, who could have thought censoring could be a good thing.
It has actually been quite some time since I put an actual file on my phone to view. I'll have to test, but if I recall when I first started it at least seemed like no loss in quality. I know the 60fps files still ran at 60fps if that tells you anything.
I never thought of the censoring mosaic in that way! Thanks for the perspective! Yes, when they get close it is the best, especially if you have to look up into their faces. That's what gets me the most.
