I have some questions:

1- I can post torrents of things licensed in USA ? or I can post only unlicensed things ?

2- I need to test all torrents that I have before post? I can post "untested" torrents ?

for instance, I can make a advice like this: "warning: untested torrent. download for your own risk ?"

I ask it because I already downloaded a LOT of things from chinese foruns (more than 500 GB, recoded in DVD-R) but, I test only very few games, you understand ?

now, for instance, I have 100 GB of files that I am seeding now, but, I not tested any of these files yet (maybe, I never test )

3- I can post torrents that have a advice of "DO NOT REPOST" ? Bisheng always say "do not repost" in your torrents, and I have a LOT of torrents from Bisheng

I don't think that chompy really cares too much about posting licensed things. Eventually we'll make it so you can't.

And I'm pretty sure that he'll also want you to test the torrents before you post them... Can be too risky sometimes.

But, out of respect for the people who don't want you to repost them, don't. Take the stuff and remake a torrent. That simple.

and I can post software release, like ATLAS japanese translator?

you already know about AGTH ? with AGTH and ATLAS, is possible to translate a japanese game to english automatically.

If you want, I post ATLAS torrent, AGTH link, and a COMPLETE tutorial about it

but, in which torrent section I post the ATLAS torrent ? don't have a "software section" ...

Hmm...

I was expecting more on the sides of licensed anime... Not software such as ATLAS.

Save that for sites like torrentspy. We're about Asian-related things. Games, manga, anime, stuff like that. I don't know if there will ever be a software section...

Although, chompy could come by, read this, and totally overrule me. So I don't know 100% for sure. We're still quite a new community.

But, for now, please don't post things like that. Wait until chompy says otherwise (if he even does).

sorry to insist in this subject, but, the rules is not clear about it. Reading the rules, I understand that the only thing is forbidder is Child Porn...

Have so much unnecessary rules about the torrents in the "another" forum , that is really very annoying.

for the time being, in shibuyabashi, the rules is very good ( UNRESTRAINED torrents ) I LOVE IT!

I hope, this rule never change in the future

While we don't want restrictive rules, we do intend to follow the original puropse of the forum.
Namely japanese and/or asian content.
So no american games and such.

Really my download/upload speed is not very good (100kb download, 20kb upload) because ot that, They won't be so many the torrents that I will post. Maybe I post few torrents, but a few number of torrents, but, with a lot of quality. Or , I will try hard to do like this.

clarification on the rules:

do not post torrents of games that are in english.

do not post torrents of hentai games that are in english.

fantranslations of japanese/asian games are allowed, but need to be marked as such in the description.

so for these examples...

Love Hina (manga): allowed only if it's a manga scanlation, not scans from the tokyopop version.

Taboo Charming Mother (anime): Only allowed if it's fansub work, or RAW version too ofcourse.

Gibo - Stepmother's Sin (Hgame): Not allowed, since Jastusa does official adaptations.

Thousand Arms (PSX): English version (by Atlus) not allowed.
