How to play VR 360 video on VLC

I just download the file. its 8K. my first problem is it lags so much then i disable HW acceleration now it plays kinda good ( it play smooth for a couple of second then it lags again)
second problem is that its play like normal video not VR or 360 mode where you can look around. how to play it in VR mode??
since its the file is HVEC i cant play on Windows "Movie & TV" because i need to buy the codec.

I don't know of a way to do it in vlc though.
