How to find video glitches?

What is the best way to scan video to find problem like freeze frame??
because when i download from streaming site, sometimes the video will get stuck for a couple of second while the audio keep playing and this can cause a ton of lag between the audio and video.

Apparently Tdarr has an health check option, but I've never tried it personally so can't say how well it works.

Not downloading from streaming sites in the first place would help, in addition to being lower quality than other sources, they are more prone to breaking.
In a perfect world you'd have the hash of the file before downloading so you can compare after, but I'm pretty much the only one providing that in my downloads.
Downloading an archive that contains the video also includes hashing to detect corruption when extracting, but that's not very popular anymore because of streaming.
