Download winrar (Taringa for example,but is in spanish) extract all rar (you need all rar ,no just one or two, ALL!) in a folder an ready.Enjoy

Yeah, what sambuky said. Those .rar files and compressed archive files. Kinda like .zip files. You'll need an extractor app. There are several free ones around.
