It's not like all that stuff is not already available in this forum, in one form or another...

One complain I would say about the "forbidden" list, is that it tells you which editors forbid uploads, but not the actual anime list. You have to search manually in the editors catalogues to find the right stuff. And with DLsite it's even worse for browsing.
I can understand that newcomers don't get it at first.

I don´t know everything myself too, I have to look for the titles myself in the web.

1st we can expect people to READ the DO NOT UPLOAD: list, mostly they don´t, even after they´ve got an infraction already. I use sources like AniDB and ANN too to check the posts and I google titles for ex like "Cosplay Sex Machine" together with "DVD". The same goes with DLsite, everyone just can google "Ane Haramix DLsite"...

In this case the posts have been cleaned from the thread only without giving a warning or an an infraction, I cannot expect everyone to know future releases like Dokidoki Haha Musume Ressun, in case of the Pixy releases I can expect it though...

It even gets worse when covers are posted (JapanAnime for ex) where the releasing company is mentioned on the cover and could be checked with the "DO NOT UPLOAD: list".

Many uploaders try to earn money by their posts, at least in the DDL sections, so they should do their job first. In case of doubt they can ask the mods via PM if the material they want to post is banned or not. Some people do, most people don´t...

Mods are just trying to keep the site clean from disallowed material and to avoid trouble for the site by DMCA takedown requests. Uploaders could keep that in mind too, mostly they don´t care...

we don´t delete accounts and there´s no reason to ban you nor is there a reason to delete threads. It would be much easier for you to make familiar with the rules first instead of complaining now.

By posting threads you take responsibility for the threads too. If your threads were conformal to the rules there would be no reason for me to take action and no reason for you to complain.

You wrote that it´s difficult because the rules are different to other sites as the list of material which may be posted here is restricted. That´s just normal - different sites have different rules. I have to check the rules at other sites myself too and in case I violate a rule there it´s no excuse to be accepted when I would write: the rules are just different to the site where I´m used to be.

Pixy is a sub company of Anime Antena. Anime Antena had sent us a DMCA takedown request forcing us to 1st take down all Pixy, Lilith, Ani-An and Valkyrie++ releases and all productions where Anime Antena was involved in, just like Mahou Shoujo Ai San, from the board and to 2nd disallow all future threads and posting of their material. And as their material is completely provided by DLsite (which sent us a DMCA takedown request too) there are two reasons why we cannot allow any of these releases to be posted here. We are not the only website though effected by these takedown requests, there are other sites as well, so it´s nothing really unusual.

Opposite to this sites which still allow this material to be posted are the exceptions from the rule...
