chompy, is there any concrete reason why you stated the DO NOT UPLOAD rules in the section headers as interval "07-16-2008 until 08-16-2008"? Seems to be a change to the original post.

a curiosity, is this including titles that a poster can have NOT licensed to adult source media in their countries ?

to be more precise, i mean, if a poster have a certain issue or episode series that he buyed in his country NOT licensed to adult source media, but now this company got the license for this serie or issue ONLY in the US, also this issue or serie is to be NOT posted here, cause the server is in the US and the company don't care if the original license was took from a different country ..... am i right ?

uhm, if so, this may require a complete list of these titles, cause seem that this company own a lot of brands and titles ..... as far as you know, there's any list like that in any of the adult source media company places, or in the forum anywhere ? ..... maybe a list of titles that they sent to the forum for ask to remove the material, and the posters can look for avoid to post it again for error ?

If Adult Source Media has licensed a title it is independent from any other licenses worldwide, the title may neither be posted in the U.S. version, in another language nor in the raw (censored) version. Existing threads or posts have to be deleted. This contains even titles which already are licensed, but have not been published in the U.S. version yet, as for ex "Cleavage" (originally by White Bear / Mediabank in Japan), it has been licensed by Kitty Media about a year ago but will be published first in January 2008.

To get to know what has been licensed by them you can visit the company´s sites mentioned in the thread starter or just look into Anime News Network (ANN), they have the best database reg. these informations.

Opposite to this releases which have been licensed only in other countries outside the U.S. like Houkago Mania Club or Bondage Game (both by Pink Pineapple) are not affected by this measure.

But it affects even episodes which have not been released like the missing episodes of Maiden Diaries or Wet Summer days, or the fifth episode of Kukudo- Oh (The black eye king) which has not been released in an uncensored version, as the licenses include the complete series and not only what ever has been released on the U.S. hentai anime market.
