I've been a member for like a year now and haven't really took part in forum discussions so far. I've uploaded and downloaded a few things here though.

I'm 20 years old, and I live in the UK. My hobbies include sitting around in coffee houses arguing with my equally pretentious student friends, playing retro games, watching seinen anime, downloading IV and collecting small plastic women.

How's this for an introduction?

Haha, it's a slippery slope to otakudom.

One day, your friend gets you to watch "this awesome Japanese cartoon", and three years later, you're collecting anime figurines (ero, mecha, what have you) and importing Ogura Yuko calendars. You may not be at this stage yet, but will be just like me someday.

Also, how can you say no to something like this? Look at her. She's adorable. ;_;
