MKMP-059 scene 4 - 41 loads
MDLD-359 scene 4 - 40 loads
DJE-056 scene 2 - 40 loads (this is the Mao Hamasaki scene you're referring to)
DJE-025 scene 7 - 37 loads
MDLD-435 scene 2 - 36 loads
DJE-049 scene 1 - 33 loads
I also prefer scenes where the girl swallows only one or two loads at a time (but swallows a lot overall).
The DJE-056 Mao scene is only 20 minutes long, so she swallows 40 loads in only that time (2 loads per minute).
For comparison, MDLD-359 has 40 loads in 27 minutes = 1.5 loads per minute (and features fucking). The MIGD-380 scene 8 has 36 minutes of swallowing 45 loads (1.25 loads per minute). The MKMP-059 scene is 45 minutes long but also has extensive fucking at the end, which slows down the swallow rate (0.9 loads per minute). DJE-025 is also 0.9 loads per minute.
So, in summary, I don't think there's any scene that features such a large amount of swallows so quickly as Mao Hamasaki's in DJE-056.

There are a lot of gokkun videos with scenes where actress just swallows directly instead of from cup or bowl. That's my preference actually, so I have lots of JAVs like that. MIGD-380 mentioned above by fooha is one example. Actually he was responding to TedFurguson who ask similar question to you.
Honorable mention to SDMT-417 scene 4, where Ryoko Hirosaki swallows 16 loads delivered to her mouth in only 5 minutes, a rate of more than 3 per minute. It doesn't have the volumes of the other scenes but the loads are delivered quickfire.
If you mean where the guys cum directly in her mouth from a blowjob (not jerking off into an open mouth) then I can recommend MKMP-059 (scene 4) and GS-001 (scene 1), where the girls swallow 41 and 28 loads respectively.
DMC-28 really was one of the best Milky Cat releases in recent years now that I think about it. And the retirement of Ai Uehara and Kohaku Uta were pretty big losses too.
Gokkun as a genre seems a bit asleep at the moment which, considering the streak we had going last year, is to be expected I guess. Nothing has really jumped out to me, outside maybe some of the recent Asfur releases and the incoming Milky Cat release (the owner's insistence on shit like nosehooks and all), but considering the hoops you have to jump through to acquire these titles I've sortof just been observing stuff from afar lately.
