Forever 21 stores in Tokyo Japan

I am looking for a dress called the Shayla belted floral dress and it may or may not be located in a Forever 21 store in Shibuya-ku, Tokyo and Chuo-ku Tokyo, Japan. Could anyone here help me find it in either store?I'm located in the U.S and the dress is very hard to find. The product code is 2065679586. Could someone contact them and see if they have size large availabe how many left and what is the price of the dress?
Also would anyone have a paypal account if they do find. I might have to contact you further for more questions
