IMO, some form of restraint is the easy way to maintain the illusion, but I get annoyed when it’s just tying of the wrists and not behind the back. It's not the first but the most memorable one I can think of that kicked my fascination towards this fetish to the next gear. I like all the irama scenes in that one. Ai is very sexy doing irama. My favorite is where he is laying on his back, with her head between his legs. He has her go down on him, urging her deeper and deeper, then raps his legs around the back of her head and forces her down. Then repeats the cycle several more times.

Yeah the sub file for it is crap. Dialogue is sparse to begin with but this sub file only translates like 40% of what little is there. I think this happens when someone tries to clean a bad autosub and they just delete all the dialogue that is hard to understand.

Agreed. I usually prefer more mature and "milfy" actresses in general but Ai's iruma is always amazing. If you are a fan of bondage, REAL-485 is pretty good with some nice Ai iruma. And of course she is great in the the legendary AVOP-072. I really wish I had a clean 1080p copy though. I have a 720p copy with hard coded English subs and a 1080p copy with hard coded I think Chinese subs.

The version I dled from javguru isn't a hardsub. They must use a soft sub, but unfortunately I wasn't able to download that along with the video. Though there is supposed to be a way to do that.

The 720p version I have with the hardsubs is from Javguru and I theoretically should be able to convert those hardsubs into soft subs through using a couple programs. I have been reading into how to do so the past couple days since I also have hard only subs for lower quality versions of MIMK-017 and MIDE-225 which I want to do the same for.

I think what separates this from other Slave Islands is when theres a 3 actress Slave Island, there is typically a star actress that stands out from the rest and the others are supporting actresses.
