Yes, there are a lot of pregnant AV actresses and they have to retire afterwards, and when they give birth, it's when they do a return movie.

Nowadays you don't need to take emergency contraceptive pills, because something called "hormone treatment" exists. It's just taking some pills with hormones so your body receives a signal of "unpregnancy". The only risk with this method are STD, so the actors and actresses have to be checked regularly. And, of course, there's also a bit of camera trickery, but mostly depends on the studio.

As EroMura777 said, girls can take a contraceptive pill, a medicine with hormones that the girl takes every day to prevent pregnancy. The actors and actresses are checked regularly to avoid STD, but if they fuck outside their work without any protection between tests, ... It happens in US porn.

To answer your question, in a bid to prevent complicate issues from arising the agencies and studios push all matters in regards to health onto the actors and actresses. It is their responsibilities to check and declare that they are free of STDs and in the case of the actress, not pregnant. If they are not willing to do so, they will not be allowed to participate in filming. If they are found to have falsify the declaration, they are blacklisted in the industry. Either way, their source of income is screwed if they don't comply with the rule.

As such it does not make sense that the actress would want to get pregnant because they are in the trade for the money. So any creampie in the script will have to be faked.

However, there are a few studios that are willing to raise the stakes by dangling huge amount of payout for real creampie done on camera in exchange of absolving any blames that might occur during filming for the actress. Meaning, the actress is on her own if she wants the huge payout for real creampie done.

They are most likely real and they probably paid the actress quite a lot to have the deed done on camera.

Of course they also got her to sign a contract waivering her rights to sue the studio for any and all accidents that had occured due to the filming.

There are real creampies I guess (even if with just one camera trick, such as changing of side, you can fake it) but again, girls take a contraceptive pill. The guys are tested as well, so if everybody is serious (no fuck outside work without condom with a stranger), the risk of STD is really low.

I mean i can guess that some JAV idols got pregnant after a few years in sex industry. For example:

1. Yuka Honjoh: now she got milk in her breast. Is that the evidence she've just gave birth already?
2. Kanako Iioka: she got milk in her breast in REAL-529 and in one uncensored (she played as a nurse in this movie)
3. Ai Haneda: after a short time moving from SOD Company to IDEA POCKET, she had a surgery line on her belly, which told us that she've just gave birth already.

There're some examples that i guess JAV actress got pregnant during their work. So i want to confirm with everybody here!

I mean if you're going to date a JAV actress you know what you're getting into, there's probably a little resistance that's the nature of the job so if you wanna date them you gotta be able to differentiate sex for a job, and "love".
