I submitted an ID request a while back for this girl with no luck. I'm trying again. The video I have is RCT-083, which is one of those couple rock/paper/scissors games where the losing girl strips. Unfortunately, only the host's name is listed. My girl was also in another scene that I can no longer find, so I know she has other stuff out there.

According to sougouwiki it's 宝生優果 Yuka Hojo a.k.a. 羽野理沙 Risa Hano. Apparently she goes by a lot of other names as well, one of them indeed being Claire Muto.
