I've only seen this theme a few times in some really minor label, they really didn't put their heart into it. It was women playing video games and guys boning them. Technically it was correct but it just lacked passion. Not worth seeking out IMO.
OTOH here's another title I didn't know I had! The first scene playing cards on the bus is SO good! Second and third scenes are okay too. The rest of the onsen stuff is somewhat weak IMO. Final scene with the teacher is okay too.
